Mama Yandi is one such inspiring leader and she shares how she went from collecting plastic on the beaches for 35 rand a day with no real education to travelling around the world with her plastic art.
She tells her story of how she invested in her own basic education and then learnt how to become a therapist, remaining in her community to do the most amazing work using her art and leadership skills to build up the Masi Creative Hub. Inspiring stuff!
