Help Shape The Future Of Tourism Skills In Southern Africa

The tourism and hospitality skills shortage is something your business feels acutely; it being one of the key barriers to your growth at present.

To ensure the continued commitment to develop and enhance our tourism sector, the SADC Business Council is undertaking a crucial study to address the existing skills gaps within our industry.

We realise that our industry experiences immense survey fatigue, however know that you, our valued members, are the pulse of the tourism industry and are best positioned to offer deep insights and practical solutions.

FEDHASA members are invited to participate in this pivotal 8-minute survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SADCBCTourism

This initiative is aimed at identifying the areas where our industry needs strengthening and suggesting suitable training measures to fill the gaps. Areas of interest range from communication and customer service to sales and marketing, digital skills, cultural awareness, and management and leadership skills.

Participation in this survey will offer us the necessary insights to formulate capacity building and training initiatives. These will not only serve to upskill our workforce but will also foster a more resilient, competitive, and prosperous tourism sector for Southern Africa.

Please be assured that your responses will remain completely anonymous and will be used strictly for research purposes.
