Debdab Travel Group: Marketing/PR campaigns post-COVID

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked on developing local tourism as it was complicated to travel between countries. We used social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We organize adequate packages that respect the safety procedures.

We design banner templates for our products and packages to send to our customers via email to stay updated on our latest offers and updates.

Improve online system and platform design.

Innovations and updates

The COVID-19 pandemic may continue to curb travel plans, but it has not stopped the innovation and development of the tourism industry.

We have been working on developing our platform and spreading the concept of online booking among our customers. We had been focusing on the white labelling process to give our customers access to our booking system under their brand and operating their work process with their customers online.

We have been developing our DMCs’ online booking systems and improving their content and design to make it easy to access and use and offer more services in accommodation, transfer, ticketing etc.

We built a strong connection between our users by sharing the information through XML “Extensible Mark-up Language” which is a flexible way to create information formats and electronically share structured data via the public internet, as well as via corporate networks.

Our platform is daily updating by using the API “Application Programming Interfaces”, which simplify software development and innovation by enabling applications to exchange data and functionality easy and securely.
