Africa Travel Week
ATW Masterclasses

Meet our Masterclasses Moderators (part 1 + 2)

Africa Travel Week’s virtual Masterclasses will run from September to October. Attendees can engage in a series of educational masterclasses led by industry experts.

THE MASTERCLASSES ARE:

PART ONE

Redefining and attracting the post-COVID traveller

The first sessions of masterclasses will unpack who the travellers are that will travel again when restrictions ease. They will identify new target groups and by using examples and exploring case studies, show you how to attract these travellers to your destination or property.

Anthony Berklich is the founder of luxury and experiential travel platform Inspired Citizen. His travels–which average around 200,000 miles per year and tally to over 80 countries on six continents–don’t shy away from the obscure and the world’s remote, hidden gems. When he’s not traveling (or even when he is), Anthony is a travel consultant to destinations, hotels and travel brands worldwide. He has been featured in publications such as the Los Angeles Times, New York Times and Fox News for his travel expertise.

The Luxury traveller

As luxury travellers’ needs continue to evolve during the era of coronavirus, it becomes more complex to define who they are. By the end of this masterclass, led by travel consultant, Anthony Berklich, you will have a better understanding of who the luxury traveller is and how you can adapt your product to cater for their needs and desires.
