RECAP: Social Media – content, community & managing a crisis

It’s time to put the focus back on your customers instead of simply ticking boxes when it comes to social media.

This session, led by Suze Bouwer, offers insight on how to gauge sentiment and create (and repurpose) meaningful content for your social media. It also touches on the importance of having an effective process in place to manage negative reviews and comments – as well as a crisis communications strategy for when things go wrong.

Need help creating your social media content plan? Here is a link to download Suze’s template which is jam-packed with tips and links to time-saver resources.
