Q&A with Quintin Smith

How did the idea for your business come about?

After a trip to Mendoza, Argentina.

How did you come up with the name for your company/experience?

Over many glasses of wine with friends…

Who is your ideal customer and why?

Active travellers, who have a love of authentic and unique forms of travel, and an affinity for good food & wine.

Why do you offer the very best experience/product for your customers?

We are the first company to offer these specific winelands bicycle tours and are constantly innovating and improving our tour experiences.

What is your greatest hope for your business?

To retain a market leading brand and achieve global recognition as “best in class”.

What has been the most satisfying achievement in your business?

Surviving two years of COVID closure, and still being able to offer world class tours and activities!

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs who want to get into tourism?

Jump in with both feet. Ask questions and don’t be afraid to ask for help/advice. We have amazing people in the industry.

If you could have a do-over, what would you do differently?

I would spend more time on marketing from the start.
