Andrae Smith is the founder of Work Wanderers – a South African Company focusing on helping people around the world build successful online remote careers and travel as digital nomads. It offers online coaching programs & in-person digital nomad retreats – some based in Cape Town.

She is also the leader of a 500+ rolling digital nomad community in Cape Town, running various Whatsapp & Facebook community groups and organizing digital nomad events on a weekly basis. She believes in the remote work revolution & the opportunities it creates to build sustainable online careers & the freedom to work from anywhere. 

Collin Thaver – Managing Director: Southern Africa 360 

Collin Thaver is an entrepreneur, passionate about selling and growing their B2B network as they sell travel-related services into Southern Africa.

It has always been his dream to promote more than just the highlights of this beautiful region and that is what inspires him to constantly seek out and find new ideas and trends that they can take to their partners and travellers.   

Margareth Gustavo – Executive Director for Strategy and Branding: NIPDB 

Margareth Gustavo has since 2021 been Executive Director for Strategy and Branding of the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB).

In this role, she is responsible for crafting strategies to improve Namibia’s competitiveness, including policy reform and promoting Namibia as a place to live, invest, develop and visit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business Leadership.
